InCompass International is a boutique consultancy and the only company operating in Europe dedicated exclusively to supporting tailored reforms across the SSR and specifically Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) sector, through specialised in-house technical assistance initiatives. As such, we are able to formulate our own tailored projects for government departments and donors, as well as identify and mobilise dedicated human resources deployable within 48 hours, through our global network and constantly updated database of over 4,000 consultants. These include judges, magistrates, prosecutors, human rights lawyers, police, gendarmes, border police, customs and immigration professionals, as well as ICT, SSR project management specialists (including former military personnel), interpreters and translators (trained in JHA).Type of the STEP traineeship provider
Consulting firmTraineeship tasks
- Provide administrative support to Managing Director and Team;- Build and maintain Consultant database and contact lists relating to the following disciplines: judges, magistrates, prosecutors, lawyers, police, customs, immigration, border guards, SSR generalists and former military;
- Manage and regularly update company website and LinkedIn page.
- Provide support for and attend meetings at embassies, with Ministries of Justice, Interior and Foreign Affairs, as well as with international donor organisations, in order to promote InCompass Internationals own JHA technical assistance project initiatives and solutions;
- Source governments and organisations who require advice and assistance on Justice and Home Affairs policy, strategy and programmes;
- Source clients in Greece for InCompass Security Risk Services (due-diligence, investigations, corporate risk);
- Source projects and Tenders from the following public sector Donors: UK DfID; EIB, EC; USAID/INL; UNDP; and others;
- Source guest lecturing opportunities;
- Considerable JHA sector-specific (both thematic and operational) on-the-job training will be provided.
