Bayreuth: University of Bayreuth – Chair Zivilrecht 10

The University of Bayreuth is located in the northern part of Bavaria and with around 13.300 students it is still a comfortable size. The entire university is one campus, which creates a friendly atmosphere and supports the exchange between the different faculties. In current rankings, the University of Bayreuth received excellent ratings, especially in the subject areas law, business and engineering. This programme in law offers a thorough education in German law and students have the opportunity to complete two unique supplementary programmes: one in business and economics and another in science and technology. The main areas of research of the Chair Zivilrecht 10 are intellectual property law as well as technology law. Currently the focus of research lies in the effects of the digitalization on law and society.
