MR counsels in complex, often interdisciplinary and cross-border matters, transactions based as well as related to projects and dispute resolutions, also protecting the clients`interests in legal disputes and arbitration proceedings; focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and antitrust law, e.g. administrative offence and cartel damage proceedings, merger control, advice on structuring of transactions - e.g. with respect to joint ventures, company succession, reorganization and restructuring -, on financing, distribution systems, corporate law, also in the run-up to a possible insolvency. Special expertise in the fields of intellectual property, information technology and labor law. This special expertise enables us to offer support from a single source to our clients with respect to the transactions and projects conducted by us.

- research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations and articles with respect to various instructions, including but not limited to, in the fields of corporate law, M&A, intellectual and industrial property rights, distribution and contract law
- draft correspondence and legal documents, such as contracts
- write reports to help lawyers to prepare for trials
- help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial transcripts
