The law firm JARA DRAPALA & PARTNERS was established in 2005 by Polish and German attorneys from renowned international law offices active in Poland. The managing partner of the firm is Zbigniew Jara who in the 1990s founded and was a Iong-term managing partner of the international law firm Gleiss Lutz in Warsaw. The name partner of the firm is also prof dr hab. Przemysław Drapała who specializes inter alia in court and arbitration proceedings (domestic and international) and civil law (including in particular
construction investments). Our firm provides comprehensive advice in all areas of Polish, European and international commercial and tax law for Polish and foreign clients. The main areas of our specialization are: court and arbitration proceedings, corporate law, M&As and real estate law.
