Bradvica Maric Wahl Cesarec is a Croatian law firm established January 2017. The founders of the firm are attorneys at law with over 15 years of experience, who in the past cooperated with large International law firms and worked for major domestic and international clients. Throught partners offices the firm is providing services to clients outside of Croatia, as well as in Germany, since one of the partners in the law firm is a specilaized German attorney. This is the reason why German and international companies are choosing BMWC to represent them in different legal isssues in Croatia. Our services range from simple advice to forelagn and domestic investore on how to enter regional markets, to complex corporate restructurings, financings and privatizaton transactions.Type of the STEP traineeship provider
Law firm/officeTraineeship tasks
We will show the trainees all types of corporate contracts (including employment contracts) complex agreements and procedures for establishment of companies. The trainee will also be introduced to competition law matters (dawn raids, presentations) as well as competition proceedings. This includes daily advice to clients and daily work in a law firm. Since our clients are mostly international, all this will be done in English/German language of bilingual. Organising ELSA Group
