Law Office Skerlev is managed by Attorney at Law Branko Skerlev,LLM. MR. Skerlev was formerly in house counsel at an investment fund and is therefore specialised at investment funds regulatory framework.
Other than that,we mostly provide legal counselling of firms regarding contract law,commercial law, corporate law, real estate,labour law, M&A, bankruptcy and financial restructuring,as well as legal representation in civil and administrative procedures and arbitration.
